We have pre-printed the labels on the tins to reduce labour, labelling & ensure clarity for customers highlighting the organic ingredients & their health benefits.
We have accompanied the range with zip lock refill packs to encourage customer reuse in 13 designs to differentiate blends easily on shelf & reduced the bumper size so customers can use their refill pack as a travel pack ensuring easy, healthy, sugar free drink of choice wherever they are.

Environmental company KPI’s removing plastic from our supply chain As part of our efforts to reduce plastic we have also designed a new casing for every tin which will remove the need for plastic bubble wrap for tins being fulfilled via online orders. The tea bag sleeping bag doubles as a unique low cost gifting option for customers & as an added benefit the tea tin sleeping bags can be reused as makeup bag for day to day work or travel or pencil case organisers.

Supply Chain & Shipping Logistics
We are from Northern Ireland & Malaysia and have located our manufacturing, packaging & blending HQ in Johor, Malaysia with direct access to shipping ports for our distributors in Japan, UK and SEA.
We are able to work closely with our raw material suppliers allowing us to understand how climate effects crops, test endless seasonal produce which can be developed into new tea blends and showcase exactly where our ingredients come from. This enables us to source our raw materials sustainably form organic Rain Forest accredited farmers and gives our customers confidence in the quality and uniqueness of our Tea Bird Tea blends. We use corn starch teabags – completely natural, biodegradable and they become shear when you pour hot or chilled water on them so you can see the natural organic tea ingredients.
Our specialised tea machine heat presses the teabags together so there is no glue involved and we made our packaging and branding so beautiful we knew we would never need to add a tag to every bag to remind you who we are.
Commercial Industry Change Next we wanted to get rid of single teabags packed in sachet’s. It is a huge waste & all in the name of shelf life & low cost volume sales at the detriment of the planet.
We have recently taken the 1st step towards changing the commercial tea industry with a new sustainable partnership setup with The Datai Langkawi.
